ABOUT
Brendan has been improvising for 23 years, starting in the old New Zealand stalwart scene of school Theatresports, then helping lead two Waikato improv troupes—MTE and Apocalypse Lounge. Since moving to Wellington, he is rather elusive, but performs as part of the improv duo Doom & Bloom. An adaptation specialist, Brendan likes to mix different types of practice, be they stage combat, narrative theory or literary imitation.
His passions include finding the twist points of scenes and pulling out unusual accents.
