Improv Connection's refund policy points for Classes are:
- A complete refund of the total class fee is available up to 48 hours after initial enrolment in a class
- A refund of the total class fee, minus a $100 administration fee, is available before the start of the second week of class
- No refund is available once the second week of class begins.
- Improv Connection reserves the right to be selective about the students who are a good fit for our programmes. If we do accept you into the class, your payment will secure your spot
- If we are unable to accommodate you in the class as an applicant, your fee will be refunded within 48 hours
- All class fees are GST inclusive.

In the event of COVID-19 making meeting in person unsafe, we will have classes online via zoom. COVID-19 health and safety controls employed in class will be in accordance with New Zealand's COVID-19 Protection Framework.
- We also insist that students, coaches and teachers stay home if they are feeling sick. If a class is cancelled or postponed due to teacher illness, a make-up class will be scheduled.

Improv Connection collects personal information from you when you enrol or purchase services through this website. This includes information about your:
- name
- contact information
- billing or purchase information.​

We collect your personal information in order to:
- create guest lists for shows and retreats in addition to student lists for classes
- generate invoices and billing details for various services that we offer through our website and other enrolment channels.

Providing this information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide the relevant contact and billing information, we'll be unable to enrol you to our services through our website and other enrolment channels.

We use Wix to keep your information and only allow certain staff to manage and view it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.

To maximise participation, we offer work exchanges or scholarships to those who can not afford to pay the full amount.
